Using Visa Center for your application?

Download your completed photo and email it to info@visacenter.ca.

The photo service is included in your visa service fee, so you do not need to pay anything extra. You do not need to print the photo. We will prepare it as part of your visa application service.

DIY applicants

Applying for the visa yourself?

Download the completed photo and print it according to the requirements for your visa application.

Prefer professional printing? Follow these steps in order:

  1. Send CAD 18.88 by Interac e-Transfer to payments@visacenter.ca. Enter the applicant’s full name in the e-Transfer message.
  2. After payment is sent, email the completed photo to info@visacenter.ca. Use the same full name and include your complete Canadian mailing address.
  3. We will print the photos and mail them by regular Canada Post. Mailing is included in the price.
Payment must be sent before the photo is emailed. Unpaid printing requests will not be processed.

1. Use a recent photoLook straight ahead with a neutral expression. Avoid glasses, hats, blur, and harsh light.
2. Check the head guideKeep the full head visible, including hair, with a little clear space above it.
3. Download and reviewSave the PNG, then confirm it meets the requirements of the office handling your application.
